Assalamualaikum everyone
This is a new local Malay Telemovie that is just released, with many religious teachings aptly incorporated in the story. The movie is done in consultation with Ustaz Azmi of Al-Qiblah International Consultants. Ustaz Azmi was also featured in this telemovie.
It is our pleasure to collaborate with Al-Qiblah to promote this telemovie to our customers. As mentioned by the writer Husin Saban, the aim of the telemovie is to help reinforce the teachings of Islam through movies.
The story evolves around Jali who forgets about the existence of Heaven and Hell. He succumbs to his indulgence, regardless of whether it is halal or haram. His behaviour constantly hurts amd disappoints his mother, his loved ones and his friends. He forgets that he does not live forever. Eventually, he faces his ultimate death where his material possessions bear no significance.
So get the movie to find out more about the story of Jali, the living corpse (literal translation of Bangkai Bernyawa).
